How to get test results
Please ring after 10.00 a.m. for test results. You can also get your test results online without having to contact the surgery. You can log into your NHS App to get your test results if we ordered them.
If you haven’t registered yet, you can use the link below to download the NHS App. Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. This means that we can only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given permission or are not capable of understanding them.
If tests have been requested by the hospital/another clinic:
It is always the responsibility of the person who organised the test to follow up the result. Therefore, if your hospital team have requested a test, please speak to them to check the result. We often do not get sent these results so we regret that we cannot give you the results.
Our Reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the Doctor.
