Named Accountable GP

As part of the GP Contract, all patients registered at a GP practice are allocated a named accountable GP.

While you may see any GP you like for appointments, everyone has a named accountable GP who they are registered with who is responsible for their overall care. This will be one of our GP partners – Dr Kieran Grey or Dr Samuel Lodge. Please ask at reception to find out who is yours.

Can a patient choose their own named GP?
Patient will be allocated a named GP on the basis of whom they normally see. However, if a patient requests a different GP, reasonable effort will be made to accommodate their preference.
