Wirral Menopause Community CIC Support Group
Local women from Wirral going through peri/menopause can seek advice or simply chat in a private group to others, in a non-judging environment. With monthly meetings and Wirral Menopause Couch to 5k, plus other ways to meet up and support each other if you want to.
The menopause can bring some awful symptoms and together they hope to keep each other’s spirits up and all help each other get through it.
