NHS e-Referral Service
Riverside Surgery is now using the NHS e-Referral Service for patients referred for further care at a hospital or clinic.
If your GP refers you to a hospital for your first outpatient appointment they will ask you to collect your necessary paperwork a week after your consultation which will enable you to choose and book your own hospital appointment via the telephone or online.
