Missed appointments in December 2022

Did you miss your appointment in December 2022?

In December 2022 133 appointments were wasted by patients failing to keep a pre-booked appointment at the surgery and not informing us, consisting of:

  • 32 GP appointments
  • 101 Nursing, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy team appointments

Please contact the surgery to cancel or rearrange your appointment if you cannot make it so that someone else can still use it.

We will contact patients who continue to fail to attend appointments at the Practice without letting us know and your registration with us will be reviewed.
