Information regarding the Surgical Elective Admissions Lounge (SEAL) at Arrowe Park Hospital
As part of Arrowe Park hospital’s Patient Experience Strategy Welcome Promise, patients asked for more information about what to expect when coming into hospital. The Surgical Elective Admissions Lounge (SEAL) video is an informative and comforting introduction to the hospital’s facilities. They wish to provide patients with as much information as possible before you go in for your procedure, in order to help you feel more comfortable and at ease.
The video takes you on a tour of SEAL showing you what to expect on the day, you will see their comfortable waiting rooms, designed to help you feel at home while you wait, information about the car parking facilities, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot on the day of your procedure and their brand-new sensory suite designed to support patients with complex care needs or for those who may suffer with anxiety.
The video allows you to watch as much or as little as you need to feel comfortable. So, whether you’re feeling particularly nervous or just curious about their facilities, they have got you covered.
