Anonymous and free access to mental health and emotional wellbeing support
Kooth offers anonymous and free access to mental health and emotional wellbeing support, available for children and young people aged between 11 – 24 years and is available up to 10 pm every day.
Qwell is a free online Mental Health and Wellbeing resource for adults aged over 25 years of age. They provide free counselling sessions from qualified counsellors via an online chat-based platform.
