Target Lung Health Checks
The Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) is coming to the Wirral from March 2024. Patients aged 55-74 yrs old who have a history of smoking will receive a text message (or letter) from the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital inviting them to a Lung Health Check, which takes place over the phone. After this appointment, patients may be offered a chest CT scan locally hospital for further investigations, if required.
