Kooth offers free, safe, anonymous online support for young people aged 11-25.
Kooth offers self-help resources such as Goal Setting and Journal. Goal setting allows for personal goals to be set and monitored. Journal allows you to monitor your mood and identify triggers.
Community support – Activities, Discussion Boards and Magazine
Online counselling and well-being support – this is text based support and live chat sessions.
Kooth are open 365 days per year 12-10 pm weekdays and 6-10 pm weekends.
