If you did not attend (DNA) an appointment it is noted on your records.
In Julye 2024 154 appointments were wasted by patients not attending a pre-booked appointment at the surgery and not informing us. These consisted of:
31 GP appointments
123 Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Mental Health team appointments
Please contact the surgery to cancel or rearrange your appointment if you cannot make it so that someone else can still use it.
We will contact patients who continue to fail to attend appointments at the Practice without letting us know and your registration with us will be reviewed.
