There is a new My mhealth app – a free, easy-to-use app that helps you manage your COPD from home. You can download it on your smartphone, tablet, or log in on your computer. It’s designed to be simple, even if you’re not confident with technology.

Important: My mhealth app is not a replacement for pulmonary rehabilitation. If you’ve been referred for rehab, please still attend – using the app alongside rehab can help improve your breathing and health even more.
