Dementia Information and Support
On 3rd September 2025, the Stein Centre at St Catherine’s, Derby Road, Tranmere, will be hosting the first in a series of Post Diagnostic sessions run by the Alzheimer’s Society, for people who’ve been going through the process of dementia diagnosis, and for carers.
The sessions are on the first Wednesday of each month from September to December, from 3.00 to 4.30pm.
During the sessions, Dementia Advisers will be providing information and helpful tips, and there will be an opportunity to speak to them confidentially. Please arrive early. Booking is not required, however it is requested that you email wirral@alzheimers.org.uk in advance so that the organisers can keep track of numbers and ensure that no one is disappointed.
