Compañeros Timetables for August

Compañeros is a safe community space for anyone struggling to cope in a crisis.

You will find them at 2a Price Street, Hamilton Square, in the heart of Birkenhead and they are open 10 am – 10 pm 365 days per year.

What does Compañeros offer?

  • A calming environment, with experienced staff members on hand to support individuals aged 18+, who are experiencing a mental health crisis
  • A safe space, where people can talk openly, free from judgement or stigma
  • Access to one-to-one crisis support, wellbeing recovery projects, creative arts and other essential social and emotional support

If you are 18+ & feeling distressed or in crisis, Compañeros is for you. Relatives, carers & professionals can also introduce someone to.

Please note that they are unable to support anyone intoxicated with drugs or alcohol.
