Acne, allergic reactions, ankle/foot pain, athlete’s foot, bites and stings, blisters, constipation, diarrhoea, dressing problems, ear discharge or earwax, red and irritable eyes, eyelid problems, failed contraception, headaches, hearing problems, hip, thigh and buttock pain, knee or lower leg pain, lower back pain, lower limb pain, mouth ulcers, nasal congestion, rectal pain, scabies, shoulder pain, skin rashes, sleep difficulties, sore throat, tiredness, toe pain, toothache after or without dental surgery, vaginal discharge and itch, vomiting, wrist or hand pain
It allows Riverside Surgery to triage minor illnesses and refer patients into local pharmacies – reducing pressures, freeing up appointment time and improving patient care.
