Blood test appointment cancellations due to WUTH cyber security issues

The major incident at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Arrowe Park) related to cyber security issues is still ongoing. We have been advised by Cheshire and Merseyside ICB to cancel all of our phlebotomy (blood test) clinics up to and including Friday 29th November 2024.

We are currently awaiting further instruction as to whether this will continue into next week also.  Unfortunately, there are no confirmed timescales of when systems will be back up within WUTH.
