In March 2026 165 appointments were wasted by patients failing to keep a pre-booked appointment at the surgery and not informing us.

Please contact the surgery to cancel or rearrange your appointment if you cannot make it so that someone else can still use it.
We will contact patients who continue to fail to attend appointments at the Practice without letting us know and your registration with us will be reviewed.
