PCN Wellbeing Walk
Brighter Birkenhead PCN Health & Wellbeing Walks are restarting for the new year. The first one of 2024 is on 11 January 2024 at 1.00p.m. at Birkenhead Park Visitors Centre and then every Thursday. All abilities welcome. No need to book.
Everyone walks for their own reasons, whether to ward off illness, manage health conditions or boost their wellbeing. Walking boosts physical and mental wellbeing. This is a walk at your own pace and a chat with supporting walkers.
